Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes are the most loyal friends in the MCU. They have been good friends since childhood and trust each other and are very loyal to each other.
This can be seen from the actions of Bucky who trusted Steve before he became a super soldier, and Steve trusted Bucky after what happened with HYDRA.
